With over 33 years in the field of health and fitness, Robin's strength lies in remaining relevant over time and continuously evolving her skill set. Robin values training with portable equipment and mastering one's own body weight through calisthenics. This belief affords her clients the freedom to train anywhere. Most importantly, Robin values improving the lifestyle, well-being and self confidence of her clients through movement, and always, a slice of fun and humor.
